Building an effective and focused product function is foundational to the success of an overall organization. It’s too consequential to get wrong, and far too critical to develop on intuition alone. I created Foundational as a digital notebook to catalogue my learnings, perspectives, and thoughts on product trends, strategies, and processes to become a better product leader.
